Degraded Performance, Identifying - We are aware of an issue with Azure CDN that is preventing loading of the Cosmic Frog app. We are working with our partners at Azure to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. (16:26 UTC — Oct 29)

Mitigated, Testing - Azure has identified Azure Front Door as a potential point of failure. The Optilogic team has initiated a failover of the Cosmic Frog CDN resources to a secondary endpoint. Users should now be able to load Cosmic Frog normally with a fresh browser session or refresh. Some issuse may still be apparent as we continue to test and work with Azure to ensure full resolution. Operational, Observing - After a successful failover of Cosmic Frog and Resource Library CDN resources to a secondary endpoint, all systems are operational. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure continued performance. (18:05 UTC — Oct 29)
