Fully Operational, Monitoring - The performance issues have been mitigated and all services are fully operational. We are continuing to monitor for any further impacts

Degraded Performance, Mitigating - We are aware of a degraded service with the getting storage devices (databases, workspace, OneDrive devices). Services still are maintaining 100% uptime, however we are experiencing slower than normal performance.

We are currently mitigating the performance issues and will update once resolved. (19:26 UTC — Jul 14)
