While identifying, we have observed that many aspects of the affected services are still working appropriately. We are still marking this as degraded, until we have fully mitigated the issue. However, much of the functionality has returned to normal. (19:01 UTC — Nov 28)
Degraded, Investigating - We are aware of an incident affecting the Job Run Manager and the Cloud Storage Page as well as the ability to use the public api to list jobs, get jobs, list storage devices (file storage and databases) as well as create those storage devices. We are investigating the cause and the impact at this time.
